QEES SmartGates are in essence 'bridges' between the prevalent wireless smart home technologies in the market such as WiFi, Z-Wave, ZigBee and Bluetooth.

QEES SmartGates also provide the uplink to the cloud-based QEES Management Software and to the smart grid in general.

Together with the cloud-based QEES Management Software, the local QEES SmartGate constitute the QEES Open Software Platform, which is ideal for strategic partners and/or customers that want to integrate the solution to their back-end software or customize the front-end GUI.

QEES SmartModule (accessories)

QEES SmartModule is an SD card-like component with Z-Wave for QEES SmartGate or QEES DisplaySeries.

Rather than equipping QEES SmartGate with one or two wireless technologies in the production line, QEES SmartModules offer full flexibility to our customers and ensures that the customer does not pay for a wireless interface he may not use.

In addition to that, QEES SmartGate is truly future-proof and immune to technology changes and upgrades from the Z-Wave Alliance and ZigBee Alliance, respectively (QEES will continuously provide the necessary and relevant chips as SmartModule plug-ins).
